Working at Miro involves relocating specialists to Perm, which was a stop-gap factor for many of them. Our task was to develop an EVP and a communication strategy that would highlight Miro's attractiveness as an employer and help the company compete for potential employees.
We conducted external and internal audience research to identify their motivators, attitudes toward working at Miro and employers in related categories. We also conducted a content analysis of Miro and competitor communications. Based on the research, we formed an EVP and communication strategy.
